Programs and services
- Solar panels: In partnership with green-energy companies, Idària has created specialized crews to maintain and clean industrial solar installations.
- Coosir: A sewing project designed to train and employ people facing vulnerability, with particular attention to women and a feminist perspective.
- Social economy: Participation in the Ateneus Cooperatius project, which promotes cooperatives and the values of the social and solidarity economy.
- Drets Socials: Work to make inequality, racism, discrimination, and other forms of stigma affecting participants visible while creating supportive environments.
- Cures: Participation in “Ocells de Foc,” a project led by the General Directorate for the Social and Solidarity Economy. It offers young people mental health guidance and support to help them participate in education and work.
Community projects and participation
The cooperative runs a Work and Training program for young people. Its governance includes a coordinating group, participation and volunteer opportunities, and Ethics and Equality committees. It has an Equality Plan with a monitoring committee and develops OrgullosaMents, an LGBTQIA+ inclusion project. Its broader work also addresses corporate social responsibility, work-life balance and social benefits, digital disconnection, the environment, human and social rights, equal opportunity, and the UN 2030 Agenda.
Organization and transparency
Idària combines employment inclusion with social advocacy. It publishes annual reports and posts job openings. Its work serves both people facing vulnerability who may join its workforce and businesses and organizations that hire its services.
