Equipment for Professional Kitchens

Tedhinox was founded in 1996 by professionals in the commercial kitchen equipment industry. Its headquarters are in Navalcarnero, Madrid, in facilities of about 2,000 square meters. Originally an importer, the company now combines exclusive distribution of major European brands, regional warehousing for some Spanish brands, and in-house manufacturing of selected products, including walk-in cooler shelving and neutral stainless-steel furniture.

Markets and Customers

Tedhinox serves the hospitality, institutional food-service, and food industries. It focuses on professional customers, particularly resellers, and complements sales with technical and commercial advice and custom project planning to size equipment to customer needs.

Product Catalog

The catalog is organized into several product families:

• Shelving, racks, and walk-in coolers: Duralinox stainless-steel shelving in Gastronorm and Standard lines; stainless-steel shelves with removable, screw-free grates; ventilated shelving; wall shelves; freestanding rack systems; and walk-in coolers.
• Sinks, prep tables, hand sinks, and food-service furniture: Sinks, hand-wash stations, wheeled bins and silos, cutting boards, and furniture for food service and supermarkets.
• Faucets, drains and channels, and grease separators: Commercial faucets, drains and channels, watertight tank covers, and grease separators.
• Neutral furniture: Cart wheels, stainless-steel railing components, stainless-steel cleaner and protectant, work tables, wall and floor cabinets, coffee-station cabinets, accessories for knockdown work tables, and custom fabrication.
• Heated furniture: Transport and serving carts, constant-level dispensers, carts for insulated trays, heated tables, cabinets, and carts.
• Buffet and self-service: Self-service equipment, buffet and self-service accessories, and buffet setups.
• Gastronorm pans, trays, and tableware: Self-service trays and polycarbonate tableware, insulated containers, and professional Gastronorm pans and accessories.
• Commercial refrigeration: Chest freezers, cabinets, refrigerated tables and counters, bottle coolers, ice makers and bins, blast chillers, and frozen-food islands.
• Cooking: Drop-in equipment, ranges, rustic-style equipment, proofers and regenerators, pizza equipment, commercial ranges (900 ECO, 550 ECO, 600 ECO, and 730 ECO), food-service ovens, pizza ovens, exhaust hoods, and filters.
• Warewashing: Dishwashing equipment, dishwasher racks, and accessories.
• Auxiliary machinery: Toasters, immersion blenders, small equipment, vitro-grills, vegetable cutters, mixers, countertop electric fryers, griddles, and salamanders.

Brands and In-House Manufacturing

Tedhinox exclusively distributes major European brands and serves as a regional warehouse for some Spanish brands. It also manufactures its own walk-in cooler shelving and neutral stainless-steel furniture. Products in its catalog include EN 631-certified Gastronorm pans, available in Professional and ECO lines, and standard drains made from AISI 304 stainless steel with a sandblasted finish.

Services

The company provides pre- and post-sale advice, direct personalized service, in-house technical support, and a configurator for preparing estimates. It keeps substantial stock of standard products and has exclusive relationships with many suppliers, helping it source a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment quickly.
