Aianox S.A. is a Spanish foundry that makes stainless-steel and nickel-based alloy parts using resin-bonded sand molds and electric induction furnaces. It manufactures custom components mainly for fluid valves and pumps, along with solid-handling valves and industrial equipment.

Production capabilities

Aianox handles very short runs, including single units, short runs of 5 to 20 parts, and medium runs of 20 to 300 parts. Its materials include a broad range of austenitic, duplex, martensitic, and ferritic stainless steels, heat-resistant steels, and nickel-based alloys.

Certifications and approvals

Aianox has held ISO 9001 certification through LRQA since 1992. It is approved by several classification societies and meets Norsok requirements, including ABS, DNV, LR, TÜV SÜD (AD and PED), BV, KR, and NK. It has Norsok M-650 qualifications for 6A super duplex up to 200 millimeters thick, 5A super duplex, 4A duplex, and 6Mo superaustenitic grades.
