A regional voice for parent associations
FAPA-RM Juan González is the Federation of Parents’ Associations in the Region of Murcia. It brings together parent associations across the region and represents them in dealings with the education administration.
Guidance and workshops for families
The federation advises parent associations and organizes workshops for families. Recent activities have included training on emotional well-being, a digital-parenting course about children’s use of phones, social media, and video games, and a reading club focused on bullying prevention. It also holds educational events on subjects such as raising children in the digital age and environmental health in school settings.
Education campaigns and public events
FAPA-RM maintains a public presence through campaigns, news, and publications. In 2026, it received the Hamiti Award at IFEMA and held its 46th General Assembly and Educational Conference. One of its featured campaigns is “Heat in the Classrooms” (Calor en las aulas).
