Ebone Formación specializes in employment training and professional qualifications. It provides in-person and online learning paths for companies and public agencies based on Spain's National Catalog of Professional Qualifications. These paths accumulate recognized competency units for professional-skills accreditation under Spanish vocational-training law.

The company also advises organizations on workforce qualifications and professional certificates and manages FUNDAE-supported corporate training.
