Asesoriaweb is a cloud application developed by NCS that lets professional advisers communicate with clients online. Through the adviser's website, the parties can send and receive information needed for tax and employment obligations and answer client questions. The tool integrates with NCS Fiscal, NCS Laboral, and NCS Contabilidad.

Main features

• Secure communication: messages between adviser and client are recorded, with receipt confirmation.
• Information collection: clients can send information about contracts, temporary disability, and tax filings, including forms 111, 303, and 190.
• Document sharing: NCS adviser software can send clients tax returns, accounting statements, contracts, and pay stubs.
• Cloud access: advisers and clients can work from any internet-connected device.
• Customization: advisers can configure the public area of their website with business details, a logo, text, images, and location.

EfacturaE

Advisers can also manage EfacturaE from Asesoriaweb. This cloud platform gives clients tools for managing customers and suppliers, online invoicing, purchases, expenses and sales, reports, and estimates. Data entered by a client can be exported to the adviser's NCS Contabilidad and NCS Estimación Directa programs.
