Psynap Interna for organizations

The company offers an intervention format for teams, workplace cultures, and human systems, using a structural and strategic approach. The method is described in four steps: quietly observing the structure from the outside; identifying a blind spot or central source of dissonance; offering a direct, current assessment without assuming an ongoing engagement; and, when appropriate, providing a one-time follow-up if the intervention sets sensitive changes in motion. The firm says ongoing work is not the default and that it intervenes only when the system needs it.

The service is intended for senior leadership and executive committees, department leaders or strategic units, and middle managers or frontline leaders.
