Projects and clients

The company works with homeowners, businesses, and institutions. Projects cited include private homes, offices, professional associations, retail businesses, and public spaces. Its turnkey approach covers material selection, permits, supply, construction, and final decoration, with the stated aim of delivering a finished space by the agreed date.

Project process

Work begins with a client meeting to define needs and set a construction schedule and target completion date. The design team then prepares plans and recommends a layout and materials. After approval, site managers oversee construction. Once building work is complete, the team handles decoration through the studio’s own showroom. Lineamosaico also advises on administrative steps such as planning permits, responsible declarations, prior notices, and municipal fees.
