Conveyor belts and industrial service

Founded in 1985, BTN Servicios sells, maintains, and manufactures custom conveyor belts. Based in Biscay in the Basque Country, it serves customers in Mungia and nearby towns as well as industrial facilities that need a quick response to breakdowns.

Products

The company sells components for continuous-conveyor systems:

• Rubber conveyor belts
• PVC belts and sidewall belts
• Overband magnets and belt scrapers
• Rollers and drums
• Sheets, sleeves, and profiles
• Repair products

BTN reports holding more than 50,000 meters of belt in stock, including smooth, cleated, food-grade, oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and PVC belts.

Services

In addition to supplying equipment, BTN maintains rubber and PVC conveyor belts using vulcanizing equipment. Its emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with the goal of minimizing customer downtime.

Technicians also inspect systems and advise on the condition of rollers and drums, potential replacement or recoating, and work needed to return equipment to operation. The company also performs preventive maintenance to identify problems before they cause a breakdown.
