Fundació APRODISCA

Support and inclusion

Fundació APRODISCA is a social-services organization based in Montblanc, Tarragona. It works to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions, and people at risk of social exclusion. Its work focuses on training, employment, and community participation for the people it supports.

Services for individuals

APRODISCA offers day services, housing services, access to work, and information and guidance. Most of its services and programs are for people ages 16 and older.

Services for businesses

Through its business-services division, APRODISCA provides cleaning, industrial packaging and assembly, gardening, food-industry services, holiday gift boxes, and restaurant services. It also offers employment placement and catering.

Food and hospitality

The foundation operates Bar Restaurant Les 3 Esses, which creates job opportunities for people connected with APRODISCA. It also provides catering and offers its Mini Break service.

Service area and locations

APRODISCA serves the counties of Conca de Barberà, Baix Camp, Alt Camp, and Tarragonès. Its two main locations are:

It also has service locations in Cambrils, Vila-seca, Mont-roig del Camp, and Miami Platja.

Impact and development

In 2025, the organization supported 599 people and helped 88 people find jobs with businesses. APRODISCA traces its work to 1983. It also develops employment opportunities for people with disabilities and operates an aging-support unit for people with disabilities ages 40 and older.
