Mental health support in Pla d'Urgell

Associació per la Salut Mental Pla d'Urgell (ASM Pla d'Urgell) is a nonprofit formed by relatives of people with serious mental health conditions. Based in Mollerussa, Lleida, it serves the Pla d'Urgell region.

Services

The association organizes its services into two main areas:

• Services for family members of people with mental health conditions.
• Services for people living with mental health conditions.

It also offers complementary services and provides information about mental health conditions and available resources.

Activities and communications

The association publishes a quarterly magazine and produces “SOM COM SOM,” a radio program created by participants from Mollerussa’s Community Rehabilitation Service (SRC) and Club Social el Nord to discuss mental health. It is also on Instagram and YouTube.
