Centre Especial d'Ocupació del Baix Llobregat (CEOBALL) is a supported employment center in Molins de Rei, in Barcelona’s Baix Llobregat region. It provides paid work and the social, vocational, and personal support employees need to promote their inclusion in the workplace and community.
Services and programs
CEOBALL serves businesses and runs employment-integration programs. A multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, a production manager, and job coaches coordinates its work. Programs include:
- Workplace support unit: Services that help participants build the greatest possible personal, social, and vocational independence.
- Supported employment: On-the-job coaching and continued support as employees develop in their roles.
- Individual integration plans: Programs tailored to each person’s strengths and needs, with realistic, achievable goals.
