(GALSUSA) is based in Molina de Segura, Murcia, and provides hot-dip galvanizing of iron and steel, abrasive blasting, and manufacturing of steel grating and Tramex grilles. Capacity and Facilities

• Galvanizing: A kettle holding 400 metric tons of molten zinc, measuring 12.5 meters long, 1.7 meters wide, and 2.7 meters deep. It can galvanize parts up to 16 meters long and 5 meters high using double dipping and has a 12-metric-ton lifting capacity over the kettle.
• Abrasive blasting: A booth measuring 16 meters long, 5 meters wide, and 6 meters high, used to clean, strengthen, or polish metal with aged coatings or severe corrosion.
• Steel grating and Tramex grilles: Products include metal enclosures, grating, and structural steel inventory.

Certifications and Approvals

The company holds UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 certification for hot-dip galvanizing iron and steel, issued by Bureau Veritas Certification. It has been approved by Spain’s Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Tourism since 1987.
