Classic cars for special occasions

Classic Road Trips is a classic and vintage vehicle rental platform operated by Classic Road Cars S.L. (Mundotraccion S.L. also appears in its contract documents). It makes restored classic cars ready to drive available to customers, either as self-drive rentals or with a driver.

The service is intended for special occasions such as weddings, celebrations, sightseeing routes, or simply the pleasure of driving a classic car. The company operates in Toledo, where customer experiences have included drives through the city and its cigarrales country estates.

Self-drive rental requirements

• Minimum age: 25.
• At least three years of driving experience.
• No accidents in the previous two years.
• The renter must be the driver; the vehicle cannot be handed over to a third party.
• Maximum distance: 200 km per day or 400 km for weekend rentals. Ask the company about longer distances.
• A €1,000 deposit is required per service and serves as the deductible in the event of an accident, breakdown, or other claim.
• Children may ride only in vehicles designated as “family” models, which have seat belts in the rear seats.

Reservations, payment, and cancellations

Reservations are paid online through a payment terminal, and the customer receives a receipt. The company then emails a copy of the contract signed by both parties. Different pickup and return points—such as a home, hotel, or other location—can be arranged, with a quote provided before the contract is signed.

The cancellation policy refunds 100% of amounts paid for cancellations made two months in advance, 50% for cancellations made more than 30 days in advance, and no refund for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance.

Roadside assistance and insurance

If a vehicle breaks down, the company tries to provide a similar vehicle as soon as possible. The service includes roadside assistance insurance covering the vehicle, passengers' transportation, and their luggage. If another vehicle cannot be provided, the rental amount is refunded in full or the customer may arrange a rental for another mutually agreed date. An emergency phone line is available 24 hours a day.
