Products and Capabilities

• Ball screws: diameters from 16 to 300 mm, with one-piece lengths up to 16,000 mm.
• Spiral bevel gears: maximum diameter of 850 mm and maximum module of 18.5.
• Slewing bearings: standard maximum diameter of 4,500 mm and special designs up to 10 meters.
• Cylindrical-part machining: an end-to-end service covering material purchasing, heat-treatment management, machining, and delivery.

The company also offers gear engineering and design, technical assistance and maintenance, and new-product development.

Facilities and Certifications

BSG Zuazo’s facilities are in Álava Technology Park and cover approximately 28,000 square meters across several areas: 18,000 square meters for high-precision gears, including a fully climate-controlled finishing area; 6,000 square meters for ball screws and bevel gears; and 4,000 square meters for cylindrical-part machining. The company belongs to the AFM machine-tool cluster and HEGAN aerospace cluster.
