Company History

Manolo Gil Cengotita founded the company in 1969. In the 1970s, it began making conventional mechanical spindle heads; in the 1980s, it added spindle-head repair. During the 1990s, it expanded geographically and began servicing different brands on the market. In the 2000s, it manufactured its first motorized spindles. In 2010, it became a recognized multi-brand spindle repair specialist for the automotive industry and was named an authorized repairer for FRANZ KESSLER, a global motorized-spindle manufacturer. In 2018, it added SMZ ITALIA and formed MYL Group. In 2020, it established strategic partnerships in several countries. In 2025, it opened MYL China, a production center supporting customers in Asia and providing local multi-brand repairs.
