About Equality Consultoría
What Equality Consultoría does
Equality Consultoría advises employers on equal treatment and opportunity for women and men in the workplace. Its main service is the development and implementation of corporate equality plans under Spain's Organic Law 3/2007 and Royal Decree-Law 6/2019.
How the service is organized
The consulting process is divided into six stages:
- Formal commitment by the organization to incorporate equality into company and human-resources policy.
- Creation of a permanent equality committee to provide a forum for dialogue and build consensus around the plan.
- A detailed assessment of equality within the company, including information gathering, analysis, internal discussion and proposals.
- Preparation of the equality plan, with objectives, measurable actions, a timetable and assigned resources.
- Implementation of the agreed actions, registration in Spain's Register of Corporate Equality Plans, and internal and external communication.
- Monitoring and evaluation to measure results, identify gaps and propose future improvements.
