Studio and exhibition space

Osvaldo Lobalzo is a visual artist who works and exhibits in his own studio. The space serves as both a workshop and a permanent exhibition gallery, where visitors can meet the artist and see his work. Visiting hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Exhibition and sales location in Marbella

In addition to his studio, the artist has an exhibition and sales location at Centro Plaza shopping center, Avenida de Manolete, Kiosk 5, Nueva Andalucía, 29660 Marbella. This location is open on Saturdays; visits on other days are by appointment.

Available work

His work includes mixed-media paintings on board and canvas, as well as sculptures made from materials such as epoxy, metal, wood, iron, and cement. The collection includes large-format works created between 2004 and 2021, some of them part of series such as “Lo atamos con alambre,” “Nueve lunas,” “Málaga a trozos,” “Sentidos,” and “Paradisse.” Graphic works and photographs from private collections are also available.

Cultural project: “La Huella” painting marathon

The artist promotes “La Huella,” a group painting marathon to create a large-format mural with artists and art enthusiasts. The first edition took place in 2017 with 400 participants, and the second in 2018 with 290 participants. The event is free and open to everyone. Sections of the resulting mural are exhibited at locations around the area, including the Casa Constitucional at San Roque City Hall, the La Reserva de Sotogrande Clubhouse, and the control tower at the Port of Sotogrande.
