What Goldman Salud is

Goldman Salud is a health education school and publishing project led by Manuel Jesús Jiménez González, author of the Educarte para la Salud trilogy. The project focuses on health education through changes in everyday habits, with the stated goal of supporting general well-being, energy and quality of life.

The Educarte para la Salud trilogy

The project centers on three books that approach health through practical education:

• Volume 1 — Educarte para la Salud: foundations for good health from an educational perspective, intended for readers and their loved ones.
• Volume 2 — Tu estilo de vida, tu mejor medicina: daily habits intended to care for and strengthen the body.
• Volume 3 — Máxima energía y vitalidad: strategies for energy and vitality after establishing a foundation for health.
• Complete trilogy set: all three volumes together.

The books are described as accessible and free of technical jargon, using stories and real cases to explain concepts.

Approach and services

The school promotes prevention and a healthy lifestyle through nutrition, physical activity, rest, sleep, breathing and emotional regulation. Alongside book sales, it offers educational content in nutrition, exercise and health and publishes user testimonials. Lifestyle education is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment; specific health concerns belong with a qualified clinician.
