How appointments and fees work

The firm operates online, without requiring clients to travel. The user selects a practice area based on the issue and is guided through an initial automated interview to the appropriate option: a paid consultation, a free assessment, or a request for a quote. For paid consultations, the price is published, and clients can submit documents through a private link before the appointment.

Published fees are €59, including VAT, for an employment consultation; €121, including VAT, for other matters; a free first consultation for traffic accidents; and a free initial assessment for Italian law graduates. A consultation does not include later case handling, negotiation, or representation. If further work is needed, the firm explains the scope and fee quote before taking on the matter.

Tools and technology

The firm offers 15 free tools for calculating amounts, checking deadlines, and organizing information before taking the next step. It also offers Calma AI, a free artificial intelligence tool for employment guidance using a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architecture. It helps users organize an issue and prepare questions or documents.
