PEGASTOM S.L.

Building Rehabilitation With a Focus on Exterior Insulation

PEGASTOM is a construction and renovation contractor whose central specialty is SATE, Spain’s exterior thermal insulation system. Known in English as an external thermal insulation composite system, it is installed on a building’s outside walls as part of a broader effort to upgrade the façade and improve the building envelope.

Façades, Roofs, and Whole-Building Projects

The company also lists comprehensive building rehabilitation, work on roofs and terraces, repairs to light wells, and façade maintenance at height. Its portfolio includes exterior-insulation projects in Alcorcón, including buildings on Calle Tuy, Calle Princesa, and Calle Cisneros.

For homeowners’ associations, PEGASTOM says it can help prepare and submit rehabilitation-aid applications and arrange financing options. The scope of a project depends on the building’s condition and the technical assessment; the company handles work from initial planning through construction.
