Shared workplace safety services

PISA A.I.E. (SMPRL PISA) is a nonprofit shared occupational risk prevention service established in 2002. It serves as the in-house prevention service for its member companies. Its scope is limited to participating businesses, under Royal Decree 39/1997, which governs occupational risk prevention services in Spain.

Service area

Businesses located in Mairena del Aljarafe, Tomares, Bormujos, Castilleja de la Cuesta, Gelves, and San Juan de Aznalfarache in Seville province can join the service.

Services

The organization prepares a prevention plan for each member company, covering organizational structure, responsibilities, duties, practices, procedures, and resources for prevention. Activities are planned through site visits tailored to each organization’s day-to-day operations.

Its operational goals include ensuring worker participation, consultation, training, and information; involving the whole company in prevention; eliminating risks where technically and economically feasible; integrating prevention into work procedures; monitoring legal compliance; and ensuring preventive action at each workplace.
