Recalculando

The program

Recalculando is a personal development program that describes itself as structured support for defining and carrying out a major life change, which the company calls an “upgrade.” It goes beyond setting goals: according to the program, participants are supported as they put those changes into their daily routines.

The program is part of Grupo DISS, an organization with more than 30 years of experience that has used the DO IT Method with professionals at large multinational companies. Recalculando adapts that method for the Spanish-speaking general public.

The DO IT Method

The method is organized into six steps:

• Review your “baggage”: identify limiting beliefs and let go of what weighs you down.
• Take control: work toward taking charge of your own direction.
• Define your purpose: discover what really matters.
• Design a plan: create a clear, structured plan with key destinations.
• Implement the “GPS”: use a practical system to move forward step by step and track progress.
• Ongoing support: get help at each stage to overcome obstacles.

Duration and format

The program lasts nine months and offers different levels of intensity. The first step is not direct enrollment but an initial call, described as a “coffee chat,” to assess whether the timing is right for the participant.

Who the program is for

The program is designed for people who feel their current life “isn't bad” but does not fully satisfy them, or who feel stuck, have lost their direction, or feel an inner emptiness.
