Plans and pricing

Published prices do not include VAT. The company offers four standard plans and a custom option:

• e-Commerce: €103 per video (€2,060 total). Designed for online stores seeking more visibility for product listings. Includes 20 store products, customization for the online store, and six promotional stories.
• Communicate: €435 per video (€1,740 total). For businesses that regularly announce updates or explain their services. Includes four videos per month of about three minutes each, versions optimized for social media, custom thumbnail design, and four promotional stories.
• Video XL: €660 per video (€2,640 total). For businesses publishing tutorials, product reviews, or online courses. Includes four videos per month, five to 10 minutes each, social media versions, custom thumbnails, and eight promotional stories.
• Streaming: starting at €760. For webinars or live event broadcasts. Includes branded stream design, four promotional stories, virtual guest options, mixing of up to four video sources, up to three cameras, a choice of public or private platform, and Full HD delivery.
• Custom: a tailored quote based on the number and length of videos and the number of promotional stories.

How production works

The company supplies filming equipment, including lighting, camera, and sound, and advises the on-camera presenter. Actors and models can also be hired if a project calls for them. Filming usually takes place at the client's premises or, when needed, in a studio. Finished material is delivered online, usually through WeTransfer, with versions adapted for each social network. The agency works with equipment capable of recording in 4K and recommends that resolution for YouTube and Vimeo, adapting resolution and aspect ratios for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or Snapchat.

Service area and payment

Although based in Madrid, the company serves clients in other provinces. Under the e-Commerce plan, it handles product pickup and return through a shipping company. For Communicate, Video XL, and Streaming, transportation and per diem costs are added when applicable. Preliminary meetings can be held by video call. Payment is by bank transfer and may be split into two 50% installments. Filming begins after the first payment, and final materials are delivered once the full amount has been paid.
