How it works

The process has four stages. The tenant provides the city, dates and type of home required; Amueblado sends options and arranges viewings or shares photographs and video; the parties review the conditions and confirm the booking with a contract; the home is then handed over, with support available during the stay.

Services for property owners

Amueblado also offers three management plans for owners:

• Starter: from €390 a month. Includes publishing the furnished property, photographs and listing details, weekly viewing management, replies to tenant enquiries, date reservations and monthly rent collection.
• Signature: from €990 a month. Adds monthly letting, expatriate and corporate screening, student enquiries, guided signing and check-in, and a monthly report.
• Scale: from €1,990 a month. Adds management of multiple properties, maintenance coordination, seasonal rates, support for longer stays and priority assistance.
