Bolton España is the Spanish subsidiary of the Italian Bolton Group, a family-owned consumer goods company. It has operated in Spain since 1948 and combines exclusive distribution of third-party brands with the production and sale of its own PRIMA brand.

Operations and locations

The head office is in Madrid, where the general management, marketing, sales, administration and finance, human resources, and IT departments are based. PRIMA’s factory, the central warehouse, and the operations, purchasing, logistics, and quality departments are in Las Ventas de Retamosa, Toledo.

Brands and products

The company exclusively distributes a portfolio of food, cleaning, and personal-care brands. Brands listed in its catalog include:

• Food: Cuca del Monte, Hereford, Isabel, Kikkoman, Kühne, Lau, Maille, Masso, Meica, PRIMA, Tabasco, and Twinings.
• Personal care: Chilly deodorants, gels, and wipes; O.B.; SC anticellulite, anti-stretch-mark, leg-drainage, night, total-body, and stomach-and-hip products; SCH C&A night, cryo spray, and Top Definition.
• Cleaning and home: Wc Net drain opener, septic-tank treatment, liquid and powder toilet cleaners, and pipe cleaner.

Bolton España also produces and sells the PRIMA brand, including PRIMA Crackers, PRIMA Industrial, and PRIMA Vinegars.
