What Room Eleven is

Room Eleven is a space for meetings, events and product presentations within Madrid's Eurobuilding complex. Managed by Group Videoval, it serves companies seeking an equipped setting for professional gatherings.

Room features

The 32-square-meter space is divided into two areas:

• Entrance area, 12 square meters: a one-meter round table suitable for a small meeting or coffee break.
• Meeting area, 20 square meters: included audiovisual services and furniture that can be rearranged for the event.

Layouts and capacity

The room supports several configurations:

• Imperial layout 1: a table up to three by one meters for no more than 12 people.
• Imperial layout 2: no more than 16 people.
• U-shaped layout: no more than 12 people, suited to courses, interviews or presentations.
• Cocktail layout: no more than 25 people, including product presentations such as jewelry or books.

The room can also use theater seating or custom arrangements for samples and open-house events.

Services and equipment

Audiovisual service, a projector and writing boards are included. Depending on the layout, the entrance area can hold an additional table for a coffee break or lunch.
