El.la Sky Bar is a restaurant and rooftop bar at Gran Vía 42 in central Madrid. Part of SmartRental Group, it combines a full restaurant, cocktail service and an open-air terrace above one of the city's busiest avenues.

Food and drinks

The kitchen draws on Mediterranean cooking with appetizers and signature plates while also using international references such as tandoori chicken, hummus and brûléed cheesecake. The website highlights rice dishes, Iberian ham and the day's fish. In addition to the regular menu, El.la offers a weekday set menu, brunch and menus for groups.

Spaces and atmosphere

The rooftop has its own menu, and the venue also includes an outdoor patio. Cocktails, afternoon gatherings, after-dinner drinks and private events give the space different roles throughout the day. Online reservations allow guests to request either patio or rooftop seating.

Dietary information and allergens

A detailed allergen table notes possible traces of gluten, lactose, egg, shellfish and nuts in both the set menu and regular menu. There is no dedicated vegan line, although vegetarian choices include hummus, burrata, vegetable tempura, a cheese board and selected desserts.
