What Eleanor Batteries does

Eleanor Batteries is a Madrid company focused on electric vehicles and lithium batteries. Its work has three principal areas: training technicians, repairing traction batteries and supplying rebuilt battery replacements.

Technical training

The company trains and certifies technicians to work with electric vehicles and batteries using the three levels of the German safety standard it follows. Courses are adapted to the customer's operation, application and vehicle type, whether a motorcycle, passenger car, truck or bus. The training is advertised as fully eligible for Spain's FUNDAE employer-training subsidy.

Battery repair

Eleanor repairs traction batteries for electric and hybrid vehicles, adapting the proposed work to the client's operational needs.

Rebuilt battery inventory

Pre-repaired, warranted batteries are held for installation in two categories:

• Rebuilt replacements with new cells, carrying a three- to five-year unlimited-mileage warranty
• Rebuilt replacements with used cells rated above 90% state of health, carrying a two-year unlimited-mileage warranty
