Products and Technical Capabilities

SIMENSA manufactures electrical contacts and contact assemblies using solid, bimetallic, and trimetallic rivets; weldable contact tips; wire; and profiles. Its equipment includes extrusion presses, rolling mills, automated machines for cold-forming rivets and bimetallic contacts, automatic threading machines, and Bihler and Schlatter automation systems. It also uses equipment for automated riveting or welding of stamped parts. The company designs and builds progressive dies for contact-part production and can adapt manufacturing across different types of eccentric presses and automated systems.
