Colchón Exprés

Colchón Exprés turns mattress shopping into a chance to try and compare products in person. Its network includes nine stores across Madrid, the surrounding metro area, and Valladolid. In store, sleep advisers help customers pair a mattress with a bed base, slatted frame, storage bed, adjustable bed, pillow, or headboard. The catalog includes pocket-spring, memory-foam, latex, and foam models, along with brands such as Flex, Emma, Sonpura, Relax, Dunlopillo, and Ingravity.

The retailer’s most distinctive tool is Sleep-test, an advisory system that uses a pressure mat with about 1,500 sensors. Customers lie on different mattresses while it creates a heat map of pressure points, offering another reference for comparison. It cannot replace personal comfort or trying a mattress at home, but it can help explain differences that are hard to assess during a quick store visit.

The store locator shows a nine-store network: seven in Madrid proper, one in San Fernando de Henares, and one in Valladolid. Within Madrid, locations span areas such as Las Rosas, La Albufera, Las Tablas, La Gavia, Orense, Valdebebas, and Ribera de Curtidores, with additional coverage beyond the capital.

For some best-selling models, the company offers up to 120 nights to try a mattress at home, with an exchange for another mattress of the same size subject to terms. It also advertises interest-free financing for up to 40 months on qualifying purchases.
