• Employment: hiring, contract options, tax credits and grants, payroll and contribution filings, Social Security advice, preparation for and assistance with labor inspections, workforce-reduction proceedings, changes to working conditions and transfers, and legal representation in appeals and employment cases.
• Commercial law: company formation, corporate-structure planning, company amendments and dissolution, insolvency and pre-insolvency proceedings, and negotiation and execution of commercial contracts.
