IWeM specializes in wealth management and finding alternative financial solutions for small and midsize companies. It operates two distinct divisions: private banking and corporate finance.
Private banking
The private banking division manages more than €350 million in assets. Its services include acting as a financial agent for AndBank Spain, independent financial advice, open architecture, portfolio management and advice, alternative investments, and financial and tax planning.
Corporate finance
The corporate finance division serves small and midsize companies and the firm’s own clients. Its services include strategic consulting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital structure advice, access to public capital markets, private and alternative financing, finding strategic partners, and structuring and coordinating transactions.
