Yoga and stories for young children

Yoga y Cuentos is a Madrid-based project specializing in yoga resources for children ages 1–6. It combines yoga with children’s literature through stories, rhymes, and games. It serves teachers and schools as well as families who want to introduce yoga and calm into young children’s daily routines.

Services and products

  • CAYLI training: A course on teaching yoga to children ages 1–6 using the CAYLI® method, with ready-to-use resources.
  • Mini Yoguis consultation: An online one-on-one session to help introduce yoga and calm to children ages 1–5 through stories, play, and daily routines.
  • Digital-material subscription: New materials are published each month for classes or family activities.
  • Store: Resources such as yoga stories, breathing cards, and yoga games for teachers, schools, and families.
  • Free package: A yoga story, breathing cards, and a yoga game are offered when visitors sign up for the newsletter.

Founder and community

The project is led by Nadia, a yoga teacher with a degree in literature and a specialty in children’s literature. It has a community of more than 70,000 Instagram followers interested in children’s yoga, stories, respectful parenting, and sustainability. The company is also open to brand partnerships.
