Madrid Proyecta

Following Madrid's Changing Skyline

Madrid Proyecta is an information site about architecture and urban development across metropolitan Madrid. It is not an architecture firm or construction company; instead, it brings together project profiles, analysis, and reference tools for following how the city is changing.

Project Profiles and an Interactive Map

The site covers urban developments, towers and skyscrapers, office buildings, and infrastructure. Its interactive map lets readers explore projects across the metropolitan area, while its blog follows construction and urban-change stories.

Among its featured subjects is Madrid Nuevo Norte, presented through a digital model of the planned development. The site also covers green spaces, sports and cultural facilities, leisure areas, and transportation infrastructure associated with major projects.

Tools for Property and Building Questions

Madrid Proyecta offers practical tools including a buildable-area calculator, a mortgage simulator, and a calendar for technical building inspections and energy-efficiency assessments. Those resources sit alongside its project database, making the site useful to real estate professionals, architects, urban planners, investors, and residents following development around Madrid.
