Engineering capabilities

Climetal designs and manufactures custom microchannel heat exchangers and provides engineering support from technical selection through integration, drawings, 3D models, and production requirements. It offers low minimum order quantities and short lead times for both standard and custom projects. The company says its microchannel technology can increase efficiency by up to 45% in chillers, rooftop units, and condensing units and is compatible with synthetic and natural refrigerants.

Recent developments

Climetal introduced Climetal 5K coating, rated for more than 5,000 hours in SWAAT testing for harsh environments, and exhibited at MCE 2026 in Milan. The company says Madrid City Council supports its industrial projects through its Industry Grant Program.
