How service is arranged
The company handles hiring and administrative paperwork. Its cleaning staff are employed by the company, so clients do not take on employer responsibilities. Service requires a two-hour minimum and can be scheduled weekly, every other week, or monthly around the customer’s schedule. For household cleaning, the company says it will change the assigned cleaner if the customer is dissatisfied and cover absences to keep service consistent.
Discounts and estimates
The company advertises a 10% discount for the first two months of home-cleaning service with a minimum six-month commitment. Prices are not posted online; estimates are provided at no charge after an on-site assessment.
