Isodel

Company Background

Repuestos Isodel, S.A. is a Spanish company established in November 1988 and specializing in the design, manufacture, repair, and sale of electrical switchgear. Its work began in 1987 as a manufacturer and maintenance provider for electrical equipment from the dissolved Isodel Sprecher, S.A. That company closed the same year, leaving installed switchgear in need of replacement parts and maintenance.

According to Isodel, equipment left without support after that closure represented about 90% of Spain’s electrical infrastructure, creating the market need the company set out to serve.
