SIMFER (Simfer Consulting 89) is a Madrid-based construction, renovation, and maintenance company working throughout Spain and internationally. Selected projects

SIMFER says it served as the main contractor for the technical delivery of temporary infrastructure for Pope Leo XIV's visit to Madrid, at Plaza de Lima for the vigil and Plaza de Cibeles for the Mass. In Spain, its projects have included work in Zaragoza, Seville, Ávila, Cádiz, Melilla, Valencia, and Menorca, among other locations. International projects include Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (Plaza de España in Mostar), Portugal (Montijo and Lisbon), and Antarctica.

Project management and guarantees

The company manages a project from start to finish through a single point of contact, so customers do not have to coordinate separate trades or vendors. It says it works with a signed fixed-price estimate and no hidden costs. It also handles permits and administrative procedures, including major construction permits, advance notices to city governments, business activity permits, and municipal permits for elevator installation or facade work. SIMFER offers a six-month legal warranty on completed work, quality checks at each phase, and technical plans signed by licensed professionals and approved by the relevant professional association. Elevators are covered by additional manufacturer warranties from OTIS or EXPRESS.

Customers include individuals renovating a home or installing an elevator, businesses, homeowner associations, property managers, investment funds, and multinational companies. For projects outside Madrid, the project-management team coordinates work from the company's central office in the Fuencarral-El Pardo district.
