Company formation

TodoImpuesto is authorized as an Entrepreneur Service Point (P.A.E.), allowing it to form companies online in 48 hours. The service includes startup advice and procedures. Formation fees are waived when the client also hires the firm for monthly advisory services.

2025 rates

• Newly formed companies: €115 per month for tax, employment, accounting, and commercial advice and administration.
• Self-employed professionals: €71 per month, including free registrations and tax, employment, and accounting advice.
