Assemsa is a full-service advisory firm serving businesses and individuals. Founded in 1988, it has two offices: one at 20 Arenal Street, Madrid 28013, and another at 22 Conde Ofalia Street, mezzanine floor, Unit 1, Almería 04001. The firm offers a free employment and tax assessment to those who request one.

Team

The team is organized into three divisions. The accounting, tax, and commercial division is led by founder Valentín Ruiz Domínguez, who holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Complutense University of Madrid, together with Maripaz Gámez Larrosa, an economist with postgraduate training in advanced accounting. The legal division is headed by Jesús Julio Muñoz Torres, attorney No. 50324 with the Madrid Bar Association, who specializes in franchising and family law. The employment division is led by Francisco Fernández Sánchez, who holds a law degree from King Juan Carlos University.
