Training approach

Alongside conventional training, the firm incorporates complementary disciplines: self-awareness through the DISC behavioral model, Belbin team roles, and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI); theater techniques applied to conflict, listening, and body awareness; and an integrative body-based process that uses physical experience to support learning and personal development.
