• Commercial: Formation and development of commercial companies, joint ventures (UTEs), economic interest groupings, and jointly owned property; company name applications with the Central Commercial Registry; preparation of bylaws; coordination with notaries; tax payments; and filings with the Commercial Registry.
• Insurance: Review and advice on home, business, liability, auto, retirement, savings, disability, retirement plan, and health insurance.
• Business classification.
