About Alabordaje Estudio
Alabordaje Estudio is a Madrid-based architecture practice led by women architects. Its work is organised around three main areas: residential architecture, licensing and design for commercial premises, and urban-planning consultancy. The studio supports property owners and developers from the initial assessment through to obtaining a license or filing a declaración responsable, Spain's formal statement-of-compliance procedure.
Services
- Residential architecture: services include “Asegura tu compra” purchase assessments, short “Píldoras de arquitectura” consultations, conversion of commercial premises into homes, and property subdivisions.
- Licensing and commercial-premises design: preliminary advice, license and declaración responsable procedures, plus complementary services intended to make better use of a space.
- Urban-planning consultancy: ongoing advisory support, planning assessments, projects and urban-development plans.
- Courses: the website includes a courses section, although the material reviewed does not describe its content.
