A Family Marble and Stone Company

Mármoles Camar, S.L. is a family-owned company founded in 1977 by José Sánchez Martínez in Macael, Almería, Spain. It is now run by his three sons: Manuel, Antonio, and José Sánchez Tapia. The company fabricates and builds projects in marble and natural stone, drawing on more than 40 years of experience and a presence in more than 15 countries.

Materials and Capabilities

Mármoles Camar works with more than 180 materials from quarries in Spain and abroad and owns the Anasol Macael quarry, where it extracts exclusive marble. Its work can cover the full process, from extracting the stone through final installation at the project site.

Applications and Projects

The company works on projects for homes—including kitchens, bathrooms, and floors—as well as businesses, hotels, fountains, religious buildings, and distinctive structures. Mármoles Camar has been recognized at the Macael Awards and collaborates with sculptors such as Portuguese artist Francisco Simões.
