Transformer Manufacturing

IMEFY Group has manufactured electrical transformers since 1973. The company describes itself as a family-owned manufacturer with more than 50 years of industry experience and a workforce of over 160 people. Its operations are organized into three divisions: OIT for liquid-dielectric transformers, CRT for epoxy-resin cast transformers, and PT for power transformers.

Products and Capabilities

• Liquid-dielectric transformers: up to 5 MVA and 72.5 kV, available with mineral oil or biodegradable vegetable esters.
• Cast-resin transformers: up to 20 MVA and 30 kV, designed for high reliability and low maintenance.
• Power transformers: up to 160 MVA and 245 kV, manufactured to meet customer requirements.
• Peritus OLTC transformers: up to 2,500 kVA and 360 kV, designed for high-demand electrical grids and renewable-energy integration.
• SOIT transformers: three-phase, liquid-dielectric step-up distribution transformers, including synthetic and vegetable esters, for solar farms.

Services

IMEFY offers online factory acceptance tests (FAT), allowing customers to observe transformer testing remotely without traveling to the facility. The company also publishes technical materials—including catalogs, instruction manuals, dimensions, weights, and raw-material information—as well as certificates and approvals.
