Shipping options
The store ships to mainland Spain, Portugal, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, other European countries, and destinations outside Europe. For mainland Spain and Portugal, Nacex offers next-day delivery with insurance. For the Canary and Balearic Islands, customers can choose Nacex (24–48 hours, insured) or Correos (8–10 days, uninsured). Within Europe, Nacex delivery takes 2–6 days with insurance, while Correos takes 6–10 days without insurance. Orders to countries outside Europe ship only by Correos. Orders under €15 may qualify for Correos low-cost shipping, which has no tracking or insurance and is intended for low-value items such as magazines.
Payment and order processing
Prices are listed in euros and include VAT. VAT is not charged to EU businesses with a valid VAT number or to customers outside the European Union. Payment options include bank transfer and PayPal. Cash on delivery is also available for shipments within Spain or Portugal: the fee is 5% for Nacex or an additional €1.85 for Correos. Orders placed before 7 p.m. and paid by PayPal or cash on delivery are dispatched the same day. Bank-transfer orders ship after payment clears.
Returns and shipping claims
Customers are asked to inspect their order upon delivery and note any issue on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours. The store’s terms say an order is considered accepted if no claim is filed within seven days of receipt. It also says it is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling in transit and recommends insured shipping so the carrier can process a claim.
