María Luisa Cava Coronel combines legal practice with a career in public management. Between 2022 and 2023 she held a coordinating role at the Andalusian Institute for Women. Later, between 2023 and 2026, she was Territorial Delegate of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality of the Junta de Andalucía in the province of Seville. Before, between 2015 and 2019, she was First Deputy Mayor and Municipal Spokesperson in the City of Lora del Río. She also holds a specialist qualification in Family and Succession Law from Pablo de Olavide University and the Leadership Program for Public Management of the IESE Business School.
