Tubacex is a Spanish industrial group that designs, manufactures, and integrates high-value tubular solutions for critical industrial applications. Innovation

Tubacex coordinates R&D and testing laboratories through its Energy Intelligence Center (EIC), where it advances projects in hydrogen, carbon capture, and Industry 4.0 and validates materials and processes for extreme environments. Recent work includes a solution developed with Ailoys that uses artificial intelligence and acoustic sensors to identify equipment sound patterns and detect anomalies during manufacturing.

Global Presence and Recent Activity

Tubacex operates through group companies in several countries, including IBF S.p.A. in Italy, Tubacex India, NTS Group, Salem Tube, Promet, TTA, and Tubacex Durant, among others, with contact emails specific to each country or company. In 2026, it exceeded €100 million in orders for umbilical tubes, including new contracts worth more than €80 million for offshore projects in Angola, Guyana, and the North Sea. It also took part in Nuclear Power Expo 2026 in Piacenza, Italy, strengthening its role in the nuclear value chain, from conventional nuclear power to future small modular reactor projects.
