About Aquí y Ahora

Aquí y Ahora is a therapeutic-support practice led by Noemí Cánovas, with in-person consultations in Lleida and online sessions through Zoom. Its approach combines Gestalt therapy, family constellations and transactional analysis in a method called Acompañamiento Vivencial Integrativo, intended to integrate mind, body and emotion.

• Individual therapy: personalized work at the client's pace, with practical tools and personal support.
• Couples therapy: work on communication, recurring patterns and common ground without allocating blame.
• Family therapy: exploration of family dynamics and understanding between generations.

Published fees

• First 30-minute phone conversation: free and without obligation.
• Individual session or constellation: €65, paid at each appointment.
• Four individual sessions: €240, a stated €20 saving, paid before the first session.

Location and format

In-person consultations take place at Calle Vila Antonia 5, ground floor, VIANCHI, Lleida. Online sessions use Zoom. Contact is available by WhatsApp, phone, email or web form; the practice says every message is answered personally and treated confidentially.
